a friend called me in need of help. i’m not good at giving advice but i did as best i could.
but in his time of need, it was him that ended up teaching ME a lesson.
he said simple words that we all know.. but he made them more meaningful in the way he said them:
“life is to short”
very succinct. but i know he meant it to much deeper.
life is too short to be wasting it worrying about the little things. life is too short to waste it being scared. life is so short, we have to just enjoy it.
i’ve decided, as cliche as it may sound, that that’s how i want to live my life. and when i see this picture of my little nephew, the angel in our family, i know that that is how i want him to live too and i want him to enjoy life to the fullest.
i view life in a very particular way. i believe life is beautiful. and i have found a guy who i can show beautiful things to. i love Jason, and hunny, i hope you are reading this. you help me make life beautiful.
Want to be a KID again.
My parents used to tell me:
Trust us, when you are older, you are going to wish you were a kid again.
Of course my very mature response would be:
Nuh uh!
Now I know they were right. I do wish I was a kid again.
But thankfully I have an unbelievable boyfriend who makes me happy that at least I’m old enough to kiss a boy now XD
And I have parents and family who teach me that mistakes are just a first a try and obstacles just make things a little more interesting.
